Adam Lambert duets with Cyndi Lauper on ‘Mad World’

Last weekend Adam Lambert and Cyndi Lauper teamed up for a haunting duet at the Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays charity concert in New York. The track was originally recorded by Tears for Fears, but became a UK Christmas number 1 by Gary Jules in 2003 after it was featured on the end credits of the movie Donnie Darko.

The charity concert was organised by Cyndi in an effort to raise awareness about gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth homelessness.
